Topic of the day: group discussion on managing the garden with Level 3 or 4 watering restrictions.

Saturday, 6 March 2 p.m. at the Progress Hall
Talk by local Aboriginal elder Georgina Parsons on bush tucker with pictures.

NOTE: No meeting on the first Saturday in April.

Saturday 10 April. Members are asked to provide plants and help manage the garden stall at the Hospital Auxiliary Family Fun Day at the Moruya Racecourse between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Let Jenny Dixon know as soon as possible how many plants you can donate and whether you can help on the stall Tel. 44738276

Talk by Colin Pass, Eurobodalla Photographic Club about using a digital camera.

Annual Charity lunch, Progress Hall Guest Speaker: Tony Groube of Eurobodalla Community Radio 2EARFM will talk about the station’s programs and operations.

Saturday, 7 August 1.15 p.m.
Visit to Mogo Zoo, 222 Tomakin Road, Mogo
Details of talks, and activities to be confirmed closer to the date. Afternoon tea at the zoo café.

Saturday, 4 September 2 p.m. at the Progress Hall.
Talk by local artist Sandy Macfarlane.
Bloom of the month. Raffle.

Saturday, 9 October –2 p.m. NOTE this is NOT the first Saturday of the month.
Visit to Alf and Carol Upton’s rose garden located on the left hand side of the Princes Highway past Mogo on the way to Batemans Bay. Instructions for the location and parking arrangements will be given at the September meeting. Afternoon tea at the Uptons’ – bring a chair, flask, food to share.

Saturday, 6 November 2 p.m. at the Progress Hall
Kelly Inch will give a demonstration of mosaic work.

Saturday, 27 November. Bus trip to Braidwood Quilt Show and Open Garden scheme. Cost for the bus, departure times and details will be advised closer to the date. Money for the bus trip must be paid by the November meeting to reserve a seat. To book a place on the bus please contact Hazel Brown 44739798. Limited seats only are available on the bus, otherwise you will need to arrange your own transport.

Saturday 4 December 12 noon.
Xmas lunch at the Progress Hall to be followed by the Annual General Meeting.
