Grief and Loss Support Group

Tuross Heads now has a Grief and Loss Support group that is meeting on the first Monday of the month at
2.30pm at the Country Club in their Board Room.

This is a self help group of local residents. There are brochures available throughout the club for those
who have suffered a bereavement or separation.

The group has more information to share with anyone experiencing grief or loss in various forms.

Anyone wishing to join us would be very welcome. It's a safe place to share with others the thoughts
and feelings that affect us at this time. We are not a counselling service.

There is no charge. We will help each other in a practical way if that is needed.
