Tuross Library

263 Hector McWilliam Drive

(a note on the above article - the grant to Faye Oakley from the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal was really more generous
than they are receiving credit for.
It was $1500, not $1200 as stated in the above newspaper article).

We are blessed in this Community with the generosity of Faye and
Max Oakley who
make available a purpose-built room of their home to be the
Village Library.

There are now 300+ members (membership is free)

Opening times are:

Wednesdays 3:00 - 4.30pm

Fridays 2:00 - 4:30pm

Faye will happily deliver if you are unable to come to the library yourself.

New books can be borrowed for 2 weeks and older books up to 6 weeks

To raise money in order to buy new books Faye holds 3 raffles per year and then has a
book stall at the Tuross Shops once per year

All money raised goes towards buying new books.

Faye is very appreciative of the annual financial assistance she receives from
Tuross Community Aid and the Tuross Head Country Club and for the tireless work of the many
volunteers who help her.

(With so many books already in the library Faye is no longer in need of old book donations - Thank you.)
