Tuross Head has many lake inlets and calm surf beaches from where you can begin a stand up paddleboarding adventure. Most locations have nearby parking if you're bringing your own paddleboard, or there are several operators along the south coast offering rental, tours and private or group lessons.
The scenic Tuross Lake is one of the best places for paddling in Australia and can be accessed from multiple locations in and around the village offering calm water river access, as well as access to One Tree Beach for those wanting to catch a wave.

If you choose to paddleboard through the unspoilt Eurobodalla National park waterways youll have the chance to be surrounded by colourful sea life including dolphins, eagle rays, penguins, fish and birds.

With ideal conditions for beginner and experienced stand up paddleboarders alike, Tuross Head is a great location to get out on the water.
